What is the minimum amount of personal fund I should have to start? |

The minimum amount depends on the property itself and its location. For one room apartment with loft for 8 households including land would require 55-60 million yen to start, while for sectional ownership of 1 condominium starts from 10 million yen and more. At present, the purchase shall be done by 100% personal fund but if you are considering of purchasing with loan, please consult with us individually. |

How can I transfer the money to Japan? |

You can make fund transfer to Japan from Hong Kong bank accounts. Therefore, at the moment, only those who have Hong Kong bank accounts can use this service.

How long does the building last? |
 |
It is difficult to judge a standard period for all but for wooden building is about 30 years and above, while reinforced building may last 50 years and more, provided that maintenance is indispensable within that period. |
