This way, the owners will still receive rental payment even if the rooms are not occupied as it will be paid by Shinoken.
All the owners have to do is simply receive a fixed amount of rental income without having to undergo any complicated procedure. |

Payment transfer can be made from Hong Kong bank accounts |
The transaction of the owner's important fund can be made through bank accounts from Hong Kong.
For this reason, only customers owning bank accounts in Hong Kong can use this service at the moment.
Other transactions after the purchase, such as payment of rental income will also be done through the account bank in Hong Kong.
